It is a very complex and fulfilling problem to work on. The talent density is high and learning very relevant skills. Leadership does a good job with revenue growth, fund raising and secondaries

Cons

Food can be better, hopefully as we become bigger better benefits

Pros

Great mission that is addressing the clinician shortage and helping the population that would otherwise be without care. To be successful, you have to be comfortable working at a fast pace (sometimes at all hours), and juggling multiple things at once. If you are comfortable with those things, the leadership is generally very strong and has a depth of experience (CEO's 4th startup) and you will have a very positive experience.

Cons

Intense culture that may not be for everyone. It is also very strictly in person in Palo Alto, which also may be an adjustment for remote workers. In terms of work life balance: if you are looking for a 9-5 with low expectations, this is probably not the right place for you. If you are looking for an opportunity to work on a very compelling mission with highly motivated and talented individuals to possibly build something incredible in AI, then this is definitely worth pursuing!
