      -Office is nice Nothing else

      Cons

      -0 training. They expect you to know how to do your job already. If you do not know it, ask questions, or seek help they will be unproffesional and disrespectful towards you. -toxic environment. If they do not like you, they will do their best to make you feel uncomfortable to the point where it forces you to leave due to mental. Blame you for things you did not do. - Unproffesional. 0 proffesionalism. Daily use of vulgar words. You would be surprised. -People breathing behind your neck. They will check up on you minding your own business so they can report you for every little thing you are doing wrong. This is the first company i have ever reviewed in my entire life. I have reported to HR and nothing was solved. Please stay away from this company.

      Friendly people, professional corporate culture. Great office building on campus. Flexible work style. Lots of growth in this industry and career opportunities.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons right now. Other people in my shoes might say the workload is too high. I guess one con is you aren't going to make as much as software engineer at Meta or google? No stock options like Tesla or a startup.
