      Pros

      You meet a tremendous amount of people within the industry, and are exposed to all manner of industry segments. You make ample contacts inside and outside of the direct industry.

      Cons

      The software you work in everyday is incredibly outdated and not maintained, the processes are antiquated, and the expectation for individual contribution is unreasonable. The turnover in the role is unsustainable, and the relationships within the facility reflect the frustration.

      Growing Pains- Divesting from one entity into another has left some doubt and introduced change. Departments dont effectively communicate.
