The compensation and review structure is fundamentally flawed. Instead of objective performance metrics, salary increases and bonuses depend on a ' voting' system among the management team. If managers withhold a high rating, the employee is denied fair compensation. This creates a culture of favoritism and 'cliques' rather than meritocracy. Furthermore, the leadership team lacks the necessary professional education and management training to handle such a sensitive process, leading to biased and defensive decision-making.Management styles are predominantly based on fear and micromanagement rather than empowerment. Internal growth is stagnant, and constructive feedback is often met with defensiveness. The company remains stuck in a very traditional mindset with a complete lack of standardized processes. Furthermore, the physical workspace is outdated; the building is very old, and there is a severe lack of basic facilities and meeting rooms.
