The best aspect is the people I work with, and I like how the management team helps you strive in your role.

Cons

with so much change it is hard to keep up, but they are working on making sure employees are informed

Global Company Lots of opportunities. Ver good for people who already have good experience in their roles.

Cons

Not much guidance. Mostly on your own in figuring out how to do your tasks. HR support is not adequate.
