      Pros

      Nice colleagues are still around, from the ABB days.

      Cons

      management is extremely short-sighted, with no long-term strategy or interest in working towards long-term results. Lots of old issues on deliveries, sales has to manage these rather than investing in new deals. Complete mission impossible for salespeople, and extreme pressure from management has created an environment with lots of health issues. You have to fight to get commission paid out. Talks about diversity, this is not the case and no inclusion - groups of people are building their own empiries.
