      Pros

      Good pay, secure jobs, growing company. Hitachi just took over things looking up. Good hardworking blue collar people.

      Cons

      Communication is terrible. Favoritism is bad. Better be a "YES" man or women. Office environment is a joke. Non union seniority means nothing. Your expected to work min 10 hr days.

      Team members are awesome and supportive

      Cons

      Does not matter if you work here for one year or ten. When the quarterly layoffs happen, no one is safe. Coworkers were working so many hours, 7 AM calls and work until 9 PM calls are over. Unreasonable. If you aren't laid off, people usually quit. Moved to permissive time off instead of maintaining a PTO balance and people feel they can't take vacation because they aren't entitled to it.

      Large company, a lot of opportunity to work for different business lines, pay well

      Cons

      A lot red tape, lacks direction of overall company, manage many major decisions from Europe so local decision making is very little.
