Cons

Too much micromanagement. Don't get hurt at work. They are more worried about liability that how your doing. Worked with a mechanic there that got ran over while he was riding his bike to get to work. Was I the hospital for over a month. They let him go. When he was better they rehired him at 3 dollars less per hour. That is low. Watch your hours. Payroll made some frequent mistakes.
