Pros

have decent pay and benefits

Cons

Leadership lies to you, and will make it sound great. Managers don't care about life balance except their own. No upward mobility. The best you can hope for is get some experience and move on.

Pros

Salary and benefits were decent.

Cons

- Some bad co-workers (including Japanese engineers who were rude and wanted the U.S. side of the business to fail) - Rampant nepotism and a pervasive good old boy culture - Employees who were outside the good old boy system were set up to fail by management - Favoritism towards Japanese employees - Obsolete systems and processes - Rude customers
