The sales and marketing director is very good manager.

Cons

The salaries are awful. Managers are also terrible. It is not a corporate company. These conditions are valid only Turkey branch.

Cons

Not many new positions created for the contracted employees. A lot of work done by contracted employees, but direct hitachi positions get the performance bonus for it.
