      Pros

      Talk a good game and the potential is tremendous.

      Cons

      Executive leadership is struggling to turn the plant around. It really is not that hard, but rather than do the homework and root cause analysis, "countermeasures" are thrown at the wall in a futile attempt to see what sticks. These countermeasures include: investment in new equipment to boost output when there are no people to run the current equipment. Terminating management members or team members that challenge the status quo. Customer confidence is pathetically low. Customers are constantly on site to monitor the business.

      Nice and supportive team members, fast paced working environment, relatively competitive benefits, adequate working space and productive space, nice collaboration between different departments

      There needs to be better and more open communication between management and employees, very high stress level due to the dynamic market, lack of openness to new ideas and procedures
