      Pros

      Excellent benefits, up to 6% match 401K. $1 Raise for non salary employees of the first three years. Up to $17.50 max depending upon your shift. Flexible shifts, depending your schedule. Unlimited overtime, in various departments, lines, shifts. Excellent place to begin your career after college with HR/Business/Management/Marketing/Engineering degrees of all types.

      Cons

      Lack of "funds" for Tuition Reimbursement. Not college student friendly; lack of understanding with mandatory overtime, and schedule. Lack of parking for week day shifts. Family and Weather related issues that result in missing, or leaving work early could result in write up, or termination DEPENDING upon your line and supervisor.

      Not many - Benefits are ok. Close to home

      Cons

      Overall a classless organization. Leadership is seriously lacking. The old guard needs to go because they have no concept of how to manage a business or how to deal with people. Every time someone new new who can make positive changes comes in, they run them off. The only hope for this place is if parent company takes over and gets rid of all the Manufacturing Leadership. They are all part of a "click" and do everything they can to keep everyone out. There is a serious lack of fiscal responsibility and questionable ethics. All Management seems to worry about is when they are going to get to go on their next trip to Japan or France or if they will get to fly business class or first class. Technology is poor and most people don't even work or have computer. Bottom line - All Managers talk a good game, but there is no action at all. Such a disappointment

      Pros

      It's a healthy, positive, uplifting environment to be part of. There is a lot of internal support and a family atmosphere.

      Cons

      Depending on the department, there can be some people looking for themselves. For the most part, that is not the case though.
