If you are looking for a Life long guaranteed kind of job security, this is the place for you.

Cons

No job description and Job rotation every one or two year. So most of the time, you will be doing odd task that have nothing to do with your position.

Large company, so many choice to move to different job section or areas.

Cons

In Japan, it may be hard to take long vacation as the person wants like two weeks, because of Japanese traditional holidays. But, getting changed gradually.
