Pros

Benefits are good and some of the people you work with are great. The technology you get to work with is usually cutting edge or better. On the whole, the company is willing to invest in training employees so that they can stay up to date with the most current technology.

Cons

Management mainly seems to care about getting more power, covering their tails, and placing the blame. There is very little communication between areas and most of that is between the lower levels trying to share needed information without getting caught. HR is run by an engineer with very little care or understanding of human needs. Complaints are greeted with "at least you have a job"
