Steady work; 40 plus hours a week. 8-16 hours of overtime a week on occasion, averaging 1-2 weeks out of a month have overtime. great benefits/insurance.

Cons

Overtime(when available) is mandatory for all, not a lot of room for advancement. Sometimes the line work is boring and tiresome, leaves you only wanting sleep when you get home...lol
