Pros

People; other than upper management. Customer Support is amazing with the dealers, and easy to communicate with most inside people from the field. Benefits are strong.

Cons

President of the company(U.S. Automotive/Commercial Truck Finance Division) unfortunately runs sales, and has no business managing that side of the business. Manages like a dictator, with very little direction and refuses to listen to feedback from the field, because it's his way or no way. Dishonest about the compensation plan; laid out one thing and cut commissions with no explanation.

Pros

Great benefits.

Cons

Management are lazy, incompetent, and liars. You will constantly be forced to work overtime and 7 days straight and if you can't for some reason they threaten to fire you. If you are not a lazy person and you show that you are then expected to pick up the slack for every other shift and constantly fix their mistake or be punished for it. They also have zero care or consideration for men and women that work for them.
