      It's work; it pays a little bit of money if you want to always be working

      Pros

      Lots of nice friendly helpful co-workers. Lot's of hours of work add up to an ok paycheck. The overtime pay is what makes this job worthwhile if you are ok with working almost every day for 10+ hours a day mandatorily.

      Cons

      Never get a break. Supervisors are pressed to meet quotas and in turn pressure the employees to get more than may be physically possible done. Machines break down often making these goals even more unattainable. Very boring repetitive work.

      durability, reliability, good company to work, good learning opportunity. Better inter-personal relation atmosphere in company.

      Cons

      No work freedom, During site work, working time is more and sometimes people has to work upto 16-20 hrs
