      Great Coworkers, opportunities to travel see the world and meet new people and experience new cultures. Strong bonds among the workers.

      Cons

      Terrible Management. Very old traditional Japanese company stuck in its misogynistic and "Japanese supremacy" ways. Very thick Japanese ceiling with promotions earned due to ethnicity rather than ability. You may very well end up working for a Japanese manager with absolutely no experience in the job function they have just been promoted into. We had a Japanese manager with 0 years after sales support experience managing a team with a combined 200+ years experience.
