      Pros

      One of few companies that still has retirement. Excellent health and dental benefits. Good job security. Annual raises (very small, but consistent)

      Cons

      Poor middle management. Extremely lean manning. Upper management seems to cut spending by removing components necessary to daily operation. Below market wages. Lots of "blame game" versus action.
