      Pros

      It's a good company to work at and I'm mostly satisfied with my job environment. The company is huge, which means it has a strict bureaucracy. The salary and other benefit package is competitive.

      Cons

      No life-work balance. It is true for most of Japanese companies but overtime is pretty crazy. I usually work 60-70 hrs/week without any compensation and so does the rest of people.

      Really the 401k was nice...nice employees..but only the management and supervisors were pretty much not caring individuals.

      Cons

      When it was yime to.move up ..they would hire someone off the streets instead of hiring who's worked for it within the plant.
