      - Size of company and diversification of interests should make possible cross-sector synergies and optimisations

      Cons

      - Higher Management is usually coming from Japan for a limited amount of years (usually, 3), and it's seen as a sort-of punishment for them. - Very hierarchical system - All innovation is rejected. Everything has to come from the top AND from Japan. - If they want you out they have no problems in mobbing you
