      Good benefits Stable job Large-scale projects and budgets with abundant resources Reference to experts with valuable experience

      Cons

      Long work hours (usually 8am-10pm) including some weekends Extremely vague job description (basically must do everything by yourself) Promotions heavily based on seniority Very unlikely to apply new technology (most products based on tried and true methods) Too much time devoted to unproductive, obligatory meetings/presentations and its preparations
