Good people. Positive work environment. Resources to support growth and professional development. Parent company, Hitachi, Ltd., is emphasizing shift from being a "Japanese company" to a global company which provides regional groups with autonomy to tailor strategy to local markets.

Cons

Trust and communication issues can be a concern with many managers from Japan on short rotation, but things are getting better. Lofty goals of innovation and synergy across departments, group companies, and industry sectors lack specifics or meaningful new projects for most.

Initial low salary for first 5 years No training the employee concept Satisfy the kra culture. A lot of work review, thereby slowing the process.
