      Quite a nice enviornment to work , flexible with options. Management is very friendly , all though the rules are strict

      Growing company, financially stable, dedicated workforce.

      Cons

      Company is trying to grow too fast. Instead of focusing on improving current business, the organization is chasing market share and trying to enter into business that they have little knowledge about. Don't have the technical infrastructure or operating systems in place to accommodate the current business let alone new.
