Pros
They're on top of their game when it comes to storage technology. You can consider their products high-end and super reliable. Lots of opportunities for growth in storage engineering and sales.
Cons
Not so much growth if you're part of field services. You'll definitely never become a red badge unless you have government security clearances for their federal contracts. Other than that, you'll be employed through a managed service provider and will rarely see any pay increases. Of course, this was 3 years ago when I was in the position. I'd concede that I wasn't a good fit for the job, and others may have had, or have, a better experience. So this is just my own personal opinion.
