      Get to work from home and travel to customer sites. No micro-management lots of freedom.

      Cons

      Training isn't very good, it just takes years of experience and self discipline to succeed at the job.

      One of the most research oriented organizations in the world. Legacy of developing stable and robust systems with efficiency as the most important deliverable. Such mindset can be easily seen at all kinds of tasks here. Good focus on adapting to new technologies.

      No Training plan in place, Employee benefits are trivial, No emphasis on employee career growth, too much correlation with Japan experience
