Good company name out in market. If stayed for more than 5 years, growth rate increase greatly financially & career wise

Cons

Initial low salary for first 5 years No training the employee concept Satisfy the kra culture. A lot of work review, thereby slowing the process.

Great opportunity to gain some 'research' experience and file patents. Great international exposure and networking opportunities by visiting conferences for each published paper. Great work-life balance. Engineers and Researchers get to plan projects at their own pace. Opportunities available to collaborate with Hitachi Labs in Japan. Great learning experience for self motivated individuals

Cons

Lousy pay, no flexibility in work hours, very bad employee benefits (no food and transport facility, bad insurance cover, no internet reimbursements, etc) when compared to similar profiles across other good companies. Highly restricted office internet.
