Great Legacy but flawed vision

Pros

The company has a great legacy of inventions and how businesses should run on a global scale. Definitely worth it if you wish to understand how a conglomerate should operate keeping quality of its product at the top priority. First 2 years were amazing with meeting amazing people from the product and strategy divisions but then the picture soon started to change when the management could not figure out a concrete plan to move forward in a new and developing market for software business.

Good learning potential, avenues for international experience, diverse business knowledge, great place for self motivated individuals

Very nice colleagues. The facilities are amazing and there are a lot of resources at your disposal.

Cons

Lack of English language skills of supervisors and other colleagues with direct working contact. The campus is really isolated. Extremely limited flexibility.

its good to work here because we work 12 days and 6 days off which means 6day shift and 6night you can do other private jobs.

Cons

we don't receive protective equipment in good time
