Pros
There can be a lot of potential to learn and grow but only if serious changes to management were made. (i.e. cleaning house and replacing most of management with competent leaders.)
Cons
All the problems in this company stem from bad management. Micro managing employees to the point where they literally do not know what to do without their supervisor dictating every action they take. There is no leadership in management so nothing gets accomplished, plans aren't followed, problems don't get fixed, and valuable time is wasted. There is little to no growth or learning since most of the management hoards information. The nepotism here is out of control, it is common for family members to get a free pass while the rest of the employees have to follow the rules. The lack of leadership has also caused a hostile work environment because employees who cause problems are not disciplined.
