      Pros

      Excellent benefits, good people to work with, leading edge company with strong product line and a clear long term plan. A very stable company

      Cons

      Not a place to work if you want rapid advancement, management is focused on work and life outside of work must be de-prioritized to some degree. Must be willing to work with a strong foreign national presence and direction.

      Insurance. Air conditioning. Little overtime.

      Cons

      No opportunities for advancement. Ppm= p**s poor management. Back stabbing management. Open door policy really means shut door policy. Low morale. Low or no bonuses. Very small pay in raises usually less than 1.5% which is well below the inflation rate.
