Potentially get to work on interesting projects. Diverse workforce. Nice facility.

Cons

Those projects may be so mismanaged as to never see fruition. Management completely disconnected from priorities. Departments extensively siloed and interdepartmental communication is mostly combative when it happens at all. Not disability friendly.
