      Pros

      Decent company... Formerly known as Iteration2 but was bought out by Hitachi in 2007. For the next 8 years it was business as usual then executive and interns started flooding our US HQ and the culture and focus quickly changed. At this point I believe it is hit or miss depending on your skill set and what position you are qualified for. Overall there are worst places to work, however, it is not what it was when it was Iteration2.

      See the “pros” above... I kind of combined them with the cons as it is. Change management has been slowly but surely changing the overall dynamic and functionality of the company.

      Project Services is not the place you want to be

      Remote work, benefits, health insurance etc.

      Cons

      Do not work in project services as they will toss you out the moment they are unable to meet their numbers, it does not matter your performance, dedication, client delivery etc.
