      Pros

      - The work is really exciting, challenging, and I get to work on the newest technologies - Great pay - Full time remote - Great communication from leadership down to all levels, consistent cadence and opportunity for feedback loop - I feel valued

      Cons

      Not being able to hire folks fast enough has lead to consistently working longer weeks (leadership is always reinforcing work/life balance, putting it into practice takes a little bit more)
