Above average market rate salary (but mediocre benefits) if you negotiate your offer carefully. Some truly talented people on the right teams. Exposure to exciting technology from Microsoft.

Cons

Company is incredibly political, and the culture is toxic. Lots of finger pointing and playing the blame game. Senior leadership and middle management loves pointing fingers and backstabbing. Poor teamwork culture due to extremely siloed organization. Not only does this create a difficult working environment, customers ultimately suffer. Long hours wading through politics, ultimately creating poor work/life balance.

People working at the company are great. Friendly and engaging, very welcoming especially to new hires.

Cons

After being purchased by Hitachi management changed and company values changed making the workplace more of a profit focused company and not employee focused as it was.
