      Pros

      Good salary - they are buying best people from the market. What makes most of the employees are top of the league in their expertise. People are helpful and friendly. Offshore resources are complementary(unlike in many other organisations) which makes work much easier and more efficient.

      Cons

      Politics, progression is based on who you know, not on achievements - but I guess it problem of every large organisation. Tranings are based on who you know from the top to promote you.. generally learn by yourself which is a challange if you are on project and have to do POCs on short notice.. Career Development Managers can help you if you get a right person or can be a waste of time if you don't..

      Pros

      I have experienced great growth in my career over the past 4 years. I've found mentors who care about my development, projects that have challenged me, and friends that I now keep in touch with at least once a week. Knowing the future growth plans at Hitachi Solutions, I know there will be plenty of opportunities for our team in the coming years.

      Cons

      Working remotely can make it hard to set boundaries for when you're available.

      Pros

      Friendly, respectful and professional environment. Good support in personal development and in general company seems to care a lot about employees.

      Cons

      Travelling is essential part of job and everyone is notified about that in the very first interview. However compensations (particularly hotel) is usually only enough for the lower segment: B&B, Travelodge. Very little visibility on what's going, who's doing what etc.
