      Pros

      Decent company... Formerly known as Iteration2 but was bought out by Hitachi in 2007. For the next 8 years it was business as usual then executive and interns started flooding our US HQ and the culture and focus quickly changed. At this point I believe it is hit or miss depending on your skill set and what position you are qualified for. Overall there are worst places to work, however, it is not what it was when it was Iteration2.

      See the “pros” above... I kind of combined them with the cons as it is. Change management has been slowly but surely changing the overall dynamic and functionality of the company.

      I have been working with Hitachi Solutions India for last three years. this organization has not just given me immense opportunities for future growth but has also given me an environment to nurture my skills, gain new for the road that will be paved for the future. Hitachi Solutions India is my second home and this is because of the warmth that is provided not just by Senior Management but also by the team mates and colleagues in other teams. This organization is the perfect place for young talents to join. It is giving them not just technical launch pad for their future but also gives them a perspective of focus. With Hitachi Solutions strong focus on technology and industries, it is one of the best organizations to work
