      Team-spirit, cordial, respectful work place, customer focused, community engagement, great learning opportunities, work-life balance, global company with a local feel

      Cons

      Slow decision making, lack of cohesion across various lines of business, need to focus more on driving innovation, need to better align with the global organization of hitachi, raise competition levels, reward high performers

      Pros

      Good cafetria. Learning curve is good.

      Cons

      Work pressure if very very high. You need to come on each and every saturday to work and should stay beyound late night to get appraised. Middle Management and Tech Leads are too arrogant No respect for the employee from the leads. Immature tech leads who has tech skills but no managerial skills.

      Hitachi is a great place to work because they allow you to shape your career, to an extent. And for a consulting firm, the travel is fairly limited compared to the others.

      Cons

      Compared to most consulting firms that have similar practices, the pay isn't nearly enough.
