Starting my career as a techie, I got a great opportunity to transform my career in techno-business profile. The managers here are very helpful and understanding. The management takes good initiatives, regular assessment of employees technically and professionally helps to improve both the ways. Salary increments are good and you get the recognition for your smart work and contribution in every aspect be it project wise or initiative wise via Rewards and Recognition program.
