Thank you for taking the time to share your review. In regards to our former CEO, I couldn't agree more. Since 2012, we have added a number of outstanding leaders to our team and we are very optimistic about where this current leadership team will take us. While we have team members spread out all over the US, each department has weekly company meetings. We also have our annual company wide meeting to ensure we are aligned to the company's strategy. All team members are also connected via Lync which provides video conference, chat functions and file sharing to ensure that all of our team members across the world are always able to communicate regardless of location.
