Not enough work, although some people do get a larger share of what’s available. Say the right things but don’t back them up with actions. Salary transparency is nonexistent. Haven’t adapted to a remote workforce. Communication is awful, leading to isolation & exclusion.

- Salaries are in the mid to low level for the industry - Annual bonuses are ridiculous, they are on the level of what they were in other companies 10 years ago - Annual bonuses are calculated from the company's targets and employee utilization. But most of the times employee is not utilized and he doesn't have a choice and this is reflecting on the bonus. This year the company didn't meet the target - Intrigues by employees - Favoritism by the regional manager (and not only) based on who actively posts good things about the company, participate in events, going to the office often, is active on the chat and etc. - Processes are myth. Everyone is doing whatever they want and making them follow some kind of a process is hard - Lack of systems - They want to show employees and people outside the company that Hitachi is the best place and they care about people. They care about the publicity of the company - Benefits are the standard benefits all of the companies in the country are offering
