      Project Services is not the place you want to be

      Remote work, benefits, health insurance etc.

      Cons

      Do not work in project services as they will toss you out the moment they are unable to meet their numbers, it does not matter your performance, dedication, client delivery etc.

      Great place to work, hard to move up

      Great team and a good place to work. I work remotely and travel to client site about 10% of the time

      Cons

      It is really hard to get a raise or move up in the company. They expect a lot of non billable work for Hitachi in order to shine, regardless of how good you are at your actual job
