      The senior management team is approachable and take into consideration employees' suggestions. The work culture is very positive and it's a pleasure to go to work every day. The team is supportive and it's a great place to learn and develop. Good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Entry salaries are average, but the progression is great through the years and the benefits package improved significantly.
