      Pros

      Lots of independence, so you're expected to know what to do especially as it's a consultancy role. Can be a blessing to those with consultancy background, but a nightmare to those who are new to consultancy. Management also listens and flat Hierarchy means it's easy to speak to those above.

      Work life balance can be a hit and miss if client raises demands. Expected from most consultancy roles

      Good Salary, bonus, benefits, 401k, health insurance, dental insurance

      Cons

      0 work-life balance, work overtime to complete the tasks, but can't charge overtime. Unlimited PTO is a total lie, you have to meet a minimum of 1850 hours of billable time.
