      Pros

      Lots of oppertunity to work with different technologies and use different skill sets. Management and colleagues are very supportive.

      Cons

      It's a consulting firm, so travelling is a largte part of the job, and sometimes work/life balance suffers.

      Pros

      Good infrastructure in Magarpatta SEZ Most projects are development projects mostly from US & UK. Good onsite opportunities. Recognition to your performance. Aggressive in acquisitions. Good career growth in long run as aggressive in expanding offshore base in India.

      Cons

      Less training programs related to technology and domain. Improper induction program for new joiners. Less to say about Cons except parking space.
