Pros

Great people to work with. Modern facility.

Cons

The compensation/benefits are less than other hospitals in the OC area. Many patients have a sense of entitlement because it's Newport Beach.

Great medical facility, great peers, some highest level management people are real losers.

Pros

Would highly reccomend this medical facility to anyone needing healthcare. Many, many really great employees to work with there. Staff always goes out of their way to make patients and visitors welcome. Cafeteria food quality and variety is outstanding - although a bit pricey.

Cons

Some high level management are incapable of "walking the talk" when it comes to the way they treat their employees. There is often a sense of mistrust in dealing with them.
