The frame department is hands-on and creative. There are always new challenges to solve.

Cons

The pay is very low.

Pros

Employee discount, better pay than others in area, most Sundays off(department heads work one Sunday a year for inventory)

Cons

Worked to death, inconsistent management, never have enough time to finish your tasks, expected to do multiple jobs in a single shift(setting up a display then going to run back and forth from working the register, then cleaning up your own department, seasonal and other departments too if you close), they stay understaffed except around Christmas.
