Pros

Corporate rotating schedule keeps Store Manager from taking advantage of you and allows you to be off every other weekend. The schedule is maybe the only perk you have!

Cons

1. Only salary managers matter 2. The trucks come 1 time per week, usually are late so your schedule to changes, don’t work in a store with a Friday truck! 3. Salaried Managers are hired from outside the company and then you have to train them. Get one with a chip on his/her shoulder and you will be miserable 4. Scheduling is always a nightmare, never enough coverage 5.insurance is expensive and covers basically nothing 6 Company culture is less and less the further you get from Oklahoma 7. They will take advantage of you if you let them

Pros

Sundays off. Closed at 8:00 daily.

Cons

Salaried management is expected to work 70-80 hours a week, six days a week from mid October through the end of January. Promises are given but seldom delivered. District managers have no back bone, and will not stand up for what is right. Upper management instills fear and paranoia. "Christian Workplace" in name only. If you want a job that causes you to lose your sanity, this is the one for you.

Pros

Pay is ok. You can get promoted quickly.

Cons

Pretty much everything else. You will work all the time. I mean literally all the time. The pay nearly worth the hours. You get no training and your DM's only job is to nit pick you to death. You have no resources to complete your job. The hours you get to to staff your stores are beyond unreasonable. They overload you with product and you have no way to get it to the floor. This sounds very pessimistic. Here is the 100% honest truth. If you want to work 55-60 hours of backbreaking work this the job for you. If you want to manage and have any sort of career where you don't end up divorced and in the hospital look elsewhere. But somehow they will get some of you reading this to actually believe that is is your answer. Well good luck to you. You were warned.
