Pros

Various artwork, Learning about different hobbies, Sundays off, Pot luck Mondays ( once a month), Co-workers were pretty nice and understanding.

Cons

Lack of training and communication from management, Slow growth with the company, Management expects you to know things that you have not been taught and the fault lies on you. I personally did not like the inventory system used. Payroll generated by custom framing department which could be a positive or a negative, however if custom frames department did not make sales, hours of employees were cut. Advancement opportunity.

Pros

Benefits, off on Sundays. There really aren't a lot of other pros....the discount was tiny, like 10-15%.

Cons

Management was weak and disorganized. There are a lot of silly policies about various things. Lack of technology integration is frustrating. Co-workers were trashy, and gossiped and bullied constantly. (Because management had no control of the store)
