The Pay is Good for a Reason

Pros

15.25 an hour for full time, as well as holiday pay and yearly holiday bonuses.

Cons

I've worked for Hobby Lobby for a handful of years, and I've put up with quite a bit more than my spouse, also employed in the retail field. Hobby Lobby customers can be some of the nastiest people you'll meet. Not to mention, depending on your title - the company expects you to be worth every dollar they put into you and more. Not really a problem when everyone is pulling their own weight, which is different from store to store, and manager to manager. Almost no room for upward mobility, which is fine for most, but not me. Overall, a soul killing experience at a bargain price.
