To many to list . I was hired at a new store then a posting came up for full time at two other stores.I was brought in to speak with the district mgr about three weeks after I put my name on the posting for full time.I was ask to go to another store five miles further than current store from me as there was full time availability.When I got to the other store I was informed that no full time was available.Now I drive 30 miles round trip and 9.50 an hour for less than 23 hours a week and they want me to stay positive.I do the same work if not better than the ful time who make 14.00 wheres the motivation again I ask.To top it off this current store lacks communication on what to do.I mean to a job they are taking to many steps to accomplish a single feat.To me that is being non productive and a waste of time and money.Now the company in general does things that contradict themselves.They load heavy boxes in side flimsy boxes and stack them up on each other then say do not get hurt.Instead of loading items by department and putting them on pallets and being more safe.This is just a small touch of what really goes on.
